How can we support people living with dementia to walk\, eat\, brush their teeth\, and more. \n———– \nCourse 3\nTuesday\, July 8th from 12-2pm \nLearn about Teepa Snow’s GEMS™ State Model paired with skill building opportunities to shift our approach and care specific to the GEM ™ State of the person living with dementia. \n———– \nCourse 4\nTuesday\, July 8th from 2-4pm\nThis workshop explores the importance of dynamic assessment and supports learners in identifying the GEM state of the person living with dementia.
